Why this site exists
WordPress.org is a distribution point. This site is the canonical product surface for documentation, strategy, compatibility, troubleshooting, pricing, and the pipeline concept that connects the two plugins.
Ecosystem boundary
This site belongs to a wider ecosystem, but it must stay readable as a product and documentation surface.
This site is not:
- the doctrinal source for the full ecosystem;
- the multisite authority arbitration layer;
- the public portfolio hub for all sibling products;
- the place where product siblings are promoted as front-facing navigation.
When a question crosses several sites or repositories, the higher-order routing surfaces are:
